Leadership
Gerald M. (Gerry) Czarnecki is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has served as chief executive of several banks, as Senior Vice President of IBM, and as president of an aviation company. He has served on the State Farm Board of Directors and on numerous other boards, and twice served as Chairman of National University.
He is Chairman of the Board of McInnis Brothers Construction, an employee-owned company, and founder of the National Leadership Institute, a 501(c)(3) devoted to leadership, governance, and human sovereignty. He is the author of nine books, most recently Citizens or Subjects?
