Audio - Visual

Meeting the following requirements will help to insure a great presentation.

  • Wireless lavaliere microphone
  • Overhead Projector for PowerPoint Presentations

Room Setup

For smaller groups (10-30):

  • Round tables large enough for 8-10, but with only five chairs set in a semi-circle

For larger groups (30+):

  • Depending on the size of the group and the client goals, we will work with the client and the meeting facility to configure the room in the most appropriate manner.

Lighting will vary depending on the specific facility constraints.

Gerry is an energetic speaker who likes to move freely across the stage and occasionally among the audience members. Please take this into consideration when planning the stage set and audio logistics.
