CZARNECKI DELIVERS KEYNOTE AT GREAT CLIPS CONVENTION
BOCA RATON, Fla.-Gerald Czarnecki, Chairman and CEO of the Deltennium
Group, was a featured speaker at the Great Clips annual convention,
which took place September 17 -19 in Minneapolis. He delivered
his keynote address "Aloha" to the 2,500 attendees who are owners,
operators and managers of the Great Clips franchise hair salons.
Great Clips also purchased 2,000 copies of Czarnecki's book You're
in Charge.What Now? to promote the development of salon managers'
leadership skills.
Founded in Minneapolis in 1982, Great Clips has rapidly grown

a year hair care industry. By perfecting a system for delivering

Czarnecki's professional activities include his role at the

State Farm Insurance (where he serves as Chairman of the Audit
Committee) and State Farm Bank. He has a long-standing commitment
to Junior Achievement, and is currently on the Executive Committee

and the Compensation Committee of Junior Achievement Worldwide,
Inc.
