CZARNECKI DELIVERS KEYNOTE AT GREAT CLIPS CONVENTION
BOCA RATON, Fla.-Gerald Czarnecki, Chairman and CEO of the Deltennium
Group, was a featured speaker at the Great Clips annual convention,
which took place September 17 -19 in Minneapolis. He delivered
his keynote address "Aloha" to the 2,500 attendees who are owners,
operators and managers of the Great Clips franchise hair salons.
Great Clips also purchased 2,000 copies of Czarnecki's book You're
in Charge.What Now? to promote the development of salon managers'
leadership skills.
Founded in Minneapolis in 1982, Great Clips has rapidly grown
into one of the largest franchisors in the nation's $50 billion
a year hair care industry. By perfecting a system for delivering
competitively priced, high-quality cuts to men, women and children,
Great Clips has opened over 2,000 salons in 100 markets across

Czarnecki's professional activities include his role at the

State Farm Insurance (where he serves as Chairman of the Audit
Committee) and State Farm Bank. He has a long-standing commitment
to Junior Achievement, and is currently on the Executive Committee
and Chairman of the Operations Committee, the Pension Committee
and the Compensation Committee of Junior Achievement Worldwide,
Inc.
