DELTENNIUM OFFERS NEW LEADERSHIP PRODUCTS

BOCA RATON, Fla.-The Deltennium Group, a consultancy dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve excellence through effective leadership, has launched two new leadership products based on the popular book You're In Charge. What Now?, written by Gerald Czarnecki, the Chairman and CEO of Deltennium. The announcement was made by Deltennium's Marketing Director, Lynne Gayle.

The new products are an audio version of You're In Charge. What Now?, read by the author in its entirety and recorded on six compact discs. The CD format is ideal for those who want to benefit from the strategies and lessons in the book but prefer the convenience of audio. The second product is a summary version of the book produced on Mem-Cards. The flashcards are a handy reference that can be used either as an introduction or a reminder of the book's key concepts.

Widely praised as an outstanding primer for leaders at all levels of an organization, You're In Charge. What Now? is full of practical advice and strategies for those who, day in and day out, lead the people whose work produces results. The core lessons in the book are the seven essential steps to success, which are represented by the mnemonic L.E.A.D.E.R.S.

"The popularity of the book called for us to expand into alternate formats that satisfy the convenience and preference of people on-the-go," said Ms. Gayle.

Headquartered in Boca Raton , the Deltennium Group engages in consulting, training, speaking, researching and investing to further its mission of helping leaders and organizations achieve peak performance.
