NATIONAL UNIVERSITY APPOINTS CZARNECKI VICE CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF TRUSTEES
BOCA RATON, Fla.-- Gerald Czarnecki, Chairman and CEO of the
Deltennium Group, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the National
University Board of Trustees, which oversees the University and
plays an integral role in shaping its quality and character.
Trustees are recognized leaders in their communities, and individually
respected in the fields of business, education, the law, and
the arts. Czarnecki has had a distinguished career as a business
leader and "change agent" in a broad range of fields including
manufacturing, financial services, technology and franchising.
The appointment was made by Jerry C. Lee, President of National
University and Chancellor of the National University System.

to offer my support in ensuring its ongoing success," said Mr.
Czarnecki.
Czarnecki's professional activities include his role at the
Deltennium Group as consultant, investor, professional speaker
and author. Headquartered in Boca Raton , the Deltennium Group
engages in consulting, training, speaking, researching and investing
to further its mission of helping leaders and organizations achieve
peak performance.
Czarnecki is also a member of the boards of directors of State
Farm Insurance (where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee)
and State Farm Bank. He has a long-standing commitment to Junior
Achievement, and is currently on the Executive Committee and
Chairman of the Operations Committee, the Pension Committee and
the Compensation Committee of Junior Achievement Worldwide, Inc.
The National University Board of Trustees meets three times
a year at National University headquarters in La Jolla, California
to assess University goals and the progress toward achieving
them. Founded in San Diego in 1971, National University is a
private, accredited, nonprofit institution of higher learning
committed to providing diverse populations access to quality
lifelong learning opportunities. It is California's second-largest
private nonprofit university, and a two-time recipient of the
Eureka Award, presented by the California Council for Excellence
in recognition of performance excellence. |
