CZARNECKI LEADS NACD AUDIT COMMITTEE SEMINAR
BOCA RATON, Fla.-- Gerald Czarnecki, Chairman and CEO of the
Deltennium Group, acted as the instructor for the "Role of the
Audit Committee" seminar which was held by the National Association
of Corporate Directors (NACD) on December 2nd at the Boca Raton
Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida.
The full-day session addressed the principles of audit committee
excellence, and provided directors with the necessary tools for
practicing proactive risk oversight. Regardless of changing economic
and political climates, implementing the right standards for
audit committee accountability is essential in protecting a corporation's
long-term viability. In addition to specific practices, processes,
criteria, and structures, Czarnecki addressed the implications

will be affected by new laws governing disclosure and the new
listing proposals from Nasdaq and the NYSE.

in 1977, is dedicated to serving the corporate governance needs
of directors and boards.

have led governance programs that are accredited by ISS (Institutional
Shareholder Services) as "Preferred Boardroom Education
Programs."
