CZARNECKI HIRED AS CONSULTANT TO TRICOM PICTURES
BOCA RATON, Fla.-The Deltennium Group, a consultancy dedicated
to helping individuals and organizations achieve excellence through
effective leadership, has inked a deal for Gerald Czarnecki,
the Chairman and CEO of Deltennium, to serve as a consultant
for Tricom Pictures. The announcement was made by Deltennium's
Marketing Director, Lynne Gayle.
Tricom Pictures is a vertically integrated full-service media
company performing all aspects of television production and distribution. Headquartered
in Pompano Beach , Florida , the company is engaged in the marketing,
production and distribution of television programs, direct-response
commercials and sale of consumer products associated with these
programs. Since founding Tricom in 1994, President Mark Alfieri
has continued to evolve the company's services according to emerging
trends and technology.
In his role as consultant, Czarnecki will perform an assessment
of the current state of the company's strategy, organizational
structure and work culture. He will then work with employees
at every level to develop strategic goals, organizational tactics
and effective leadership skills through individual sessions and
group seminars. He will also coach the executive level management
to hone its organization and focus in light of the company's
dynamic nature.

Czarnecki will begin a three-month consulting engagement with
