TRAVEL POLICY

Travel Arrangements

For all travel within the continental United States , we will book fully refundable coach tickets and request first class frequent flyer upgrades. In the event we are upgraded, the incremental costs of such upgrades, if any, will be billed to the client.
For all other travel outside of the continental United States, we will book Business Class travel arrangements, and will request first class frequent flyer upgrades. In the event we are upgraded, the incremental costs of such upgrades, if any, will be billed to the client.
Should two or more clients share the same itinerary, costs will be pro-rated between those clients. All travel-related expenses will be billed to the client, including airfare, ground transportation and hotel room.
